The right manufacturing location is a consequence, not an objective.
Inventus has developed long-term practical manufacturing experience in China and relationships across Vietnam, Thailand and other Asian production regions. None of these locations is an objective in itself. The correct route depends on the product, process, volumes, supplier capability, logistics, intellectual-property considerations and risk profile.
Asia is one possible answer within a wider manufacturing decision. Inventus helps determine whether international production genuinely creates value — or whether a European, local or alternative route better serves the assignment.
